Do you only supply seasonal fruits?
Yes, since we only serve freshness, throughout the calendar year. We only supply multiple seasonal fruits based on their seasonality. Learn more on our "About Us" page.
Registration & Account Creation
How do I sign up?
Creating an account is simple! Just click the user icon on the top right of our homepage and verify your email with an OTP.
Is there a registration fee?
No, signing up on SuperPhal is completely FREE.
Do I need to sign up to shop?
No. If you are not logged in, you'll still have an option to log in at checkout page. Even if you don't do so, you can still place an order without signing in! But you’ll need to provide an email id at the checkout for communication purposes. You can log in with the same email id to check your order history.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each phone number and email address can only be linked to one SuperPhal account.
Can I save multiple delivery addresses?
Yes, you can add multiple addresses for your convenience.
Can my family members create accounts with different phone numbers but the same delivery address?
Absolutely! As long as each account has a unique email and phone number, the delivery address can be shared.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there's no minimum order for delivery.

How do I log in if I forget my password?
No password is needed! Simply enter your registered mobile number and log in via OTP.
What payment methods do you accept?

If we are unable to deliver any items from your order, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 business days.

Can I use the same offer more than once?

What if I’m not available to receive my order?
If you miss your scheduled delivery, the order will be returned, and no refund will be provided.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee with the following conditions:
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Quality-related refund requests must include 2 clear photos of the item.
Refunds will not be processed for taste-related complaints.
Fraudulent accounts may be denied refunds.

Can I request a specific product to be stocked?
