Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Since we specialize in perishable products, returns are only accepted in cases where the product is received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition. If you experience such an issue, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs so we can assess the concern and find a suitable resolution. SuperPhal needs to be notified of damaged product within 24 hours from delivery date via email to
care@superphal.in. In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product is to be sent.

In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product/portion shall be replaced or refunded.


We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production or selection process, or in the use of best and natural ingredients. We always ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained.

If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund or replacement—either in full or in part—as appropriate and mutually agreed upon.

In the refund cases, we will initiate the process to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Replacements will be processed within 4 days from the date your return request is approved.

Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed, except in cases where non-delivery is due to an issue on our end
